Only what you choose to send us. Our contact and careers forms collect the information you enter — such as your name, email address, phone number, location, professional links, and the content of your message or application. This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts.
To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your application, and conduct our business with you. Careers submissions may ask about U.S. Person status; that answer is collected solely to assess eligibility for work subject to U.S. export-control laws (ITAR/EAR) and is not used for any other purpose. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists you didn't ask for.
Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections through Amazon Web Services infrastructure and delivered to SmartAuger by email. AWS acts as our service provider and does not use your information for its own purposes.
As long as reasonably needed for the purpose you sent it — an active conversation, an open application, or a legal requirement — and no longer.
Email systems@smart-auger.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you additionally have the rights provided by the GDPR, including access, rectification, erasure, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
This site is not directed to children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information.
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
